  "text": "These regulations amend the Social Security (Employed Earners' Employments for Industrial Injuries Purposes) Regulations 1975. They add provisions which provide that for industrial injuries purposes employment as a military or civilian member of a visiting force and employment as a member of a Headquarters or defence organisation designated under section 1 of the International Headquarters and Defence Organisations Act 1964, except, in either case, where a civilian is ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom, shall not be treated as employed earner's employment.",
