# The Social Security (Categorisation of Earners) Amendment Regulations 2003, Regulation 4: Amendment of Schedule 3


In paragraph 10 of Schedule 3 (person treated as the secondary contributor in respect of the employment) for the entry in Column (B) substitute—
“
10. The producer of the entertainment in respect of which the payments of salary are made to the person mentioned in paragraph 5A of Column (B) of Schedule 1.
”.
