  "text": "In the Claims and Payments Regulations—\n(a) in regulation 35 at the end of paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the words “and Schedule 9B”; and\n(b) after Schedule 9A there shall be inserted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.",
