# The Social Security (Community Task Force) Regulations 2010, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 22nd February 2010
Coming into force 26th April 2010
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19(2) and (10)(c), 20A(3), 35(1) and 36(2) and (4) of the Jobseekers Act 1995.
The Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that the proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it.
