# Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1975, Paragraph 109


In Part I of Schedule 2 to the Pensions (Increase) Act (Northern Ireland) 1971 for paragraph 12 substitute—
“12 A pension payable under paragraph 6 of Schedule 10 to the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Act 1975.”
