# Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1975, Paragraph 68


In section 11(3) of the Employment and Training Act 1973, for the words from “ the National” to “ that Act” substitute “ Part II of the Social Security Act 1975 but for the fact that he or the other person was not at a relevant time an employed earner”.
