The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 6 of, and paragraph 1(3)(a) of Schedule 4 to, the Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1992f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
