# Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1992, Paragraph 1


“In section 64(1) of the National Assistance Act 1948, for the definition of “trade dispute”, there shall be substituted—
“trade dispute” has the same meaning as in section 27 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992”.
