# Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1992, Paragraph 113

In subsection (2) of section 43 of the Child Support Act 1991 (contribution to maintenance by deduction from benefit) for the words “section 51 of the Social Security Act 1986 by virtue of subsection (1)(r),” there shall be substituted the words “ section 5 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 by virtue of subsection (1)(t),”
