In section 124(6) of the M1Employment Protection Act 1975 (financial provisions)—

(a)

for the words “section 135(3)(a) of the Social Security Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 163(2)(a) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 ”; and

(b)

for the words “subsection (5) of that section” there shall be substituted the words “ section 165(5) of that Act ”.
