# Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1992, Paragraph 53


In section 1(4) of the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979 (assessment of disablement) for the words “section 57 of the Social Security Act 1975 or” there shall be substituted the words “ section 103 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 or section 57 of ”.
