# Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1992, Paragraph 58

Extent: E+W

In section 58(2)(b) of the Justices of the Peace Act 1979 for the words “Social Security Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 ”.
