  "text": "In section 143(3)(c) of that Act the following sub-paragraphs shall be substituted for sub-paragraphs (i) to (iii)—\n“(i) paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to the National Health Service Act 1977;\n(ii) the Children Act 1989; or\n(iii) section 37 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978.”.",
