  "text": "(1) The enactments mentioned in Schedule 1 to this Act are repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule (being repeals consequential on the consolidating Acts).\n(2) The repeals have effect subject to any relevant savings in Schedule 3 to this Act.",
