# The Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004, Regulation 3: Amendments to the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 2001


Amend regulation 10 (earnings limits and thresholds) as follows—
(a) for “2003” substitute “2004”;
(b) in paragraph (a) for “£77” substitute “£79”;
(c) in paragraph (b) for “£595” substitute “£610”; and
(d) in paragraphs (c) and (d) for “£89” substitute “£91”.
