Coming into force 6th April 2005
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(2) and 10(9)(a) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 with the concurrence of the Secretary of State so far as required, and, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(2) and 10(9)(a) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, with the concurrence of the Department for Social Development so far as required, make the following Regulations:
