  "text": "Social Security\nMade 2nd February 2010\nLaid before Parliament 3rd February 2010\nComing into force 6th April 2010\nThe Treasury make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) and (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and section 3(2) and (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992.\nThe Secretary of State and the Department for Social Development concur in the making of these Regulations.",
