# The Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2013, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 16th May 2013
Laid before Parliament 17th May 2013
Coming into force 10th June 2013
The Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(2) and (3) and 175(3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and sections 3(2) and (3) and 171(3), (4), and (10) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and now exercisable by them.
The Secretary of State and the Department for Social Development concur in the making of these Regulations.
