in paragraph (3), for “payment of contributions” substitute “contributions actually paid by the earner”;

(b)

in paragraph (5)(c), for “;” substitute “.”;

omit paragraphs (5)(d) and (e); and

(d)

omit paragraphs (6) to (8).
