Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and effect

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 6th April 2020.

Regulation 40D of the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 2001^f1 (as inserted by regulation 7) has effect in relation to sporting testimonials (within the meaning inserted by regulation 3(c)) which are announced on or after 6th April 2020.
