# The Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 2001


In Schedule 3 to the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 2001 (payments to be disregarded in the calculation of earnings for the purposes of earnings-related contributions), in Part 10, after paragraph 28 insert—
“Parental Transitions Support scheme payments
29. Any Parental Transitions Support scheme payment made by a council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 under section 20 of the Local Government in Scotland Act 2003.
Jobs Plus Pilot payments
30. Any Jobs Plus Pilot scheme payment made pursuant to arrangements made by the Secretary of State under section 2 of the Employment and Training Act 1973.”.
