  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 29th August 1990\nLaid before Parliament 6th September 1990\nComing into force 27th September 1990\nThe Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 6(1) (gh) and (gj) of Schedule 1 to, and Schedule 20 to, the Social Security Act 1975 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf by this instrument which is made before the end of a period of 6 months from the commencement of the enactment under which it is made, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
