# The Social Security (Contributions) Amendment (No. 3) Regulations 1998, Regulation 9: Amendment of Schedule 1A to the principal Regulations


In Schedule 1A to the principal Regulations–
(a) in paragraph 5(a) of Part I (assets not to be disregarded under regulation 19(1)(d)) for “9ZA, 9ZB or 9A”, substitute “9ZA or 9ZB”;
(b) omit paragraphs 9A and 9C of that Part;
(c) omit paragraph 15 of Part II (interpretation of Part I of this Schedule);
(d) in paragraph 16 of that Part, omit “or 9C”.
