  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 26th February 2001\nLaid before Parliament 28th February 2001\nComing into force 6th April 2001\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 3(2), (2A), (3), 4(6) and (7), 10(9) and 175(3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and section 74(9) of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State in so far as required, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:",

Section 3(2) was amended by paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999 (c. 2) (“the Transfer Act”), and subsection (2A) was inserted by section 48 of the Social Security Act 1998 (c. 14). Section 4(6) was substituted by section 74(3) of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 (c. 19) (“the 2000 Act”), and section 4(7) inserted by paragraph 4 of Schedule 3 to the Transfer Act. Section 10 was substituted by section 74(2) of the 2000 Act. Section 175(4) was amended by paragraph 29(4) of Schedule 3 to the Transfer Act."
