# The Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2002, Regulation 13


In paragraphs (2)(a), (3) and (4)(c) of regulation 65 (Class 2 and Class 3 contributions paid late through ignorance or error) for “to the satisfaction of the Board” substitute “to the satisfaction of an officer of the Board”.
