  "text": "In regulation 102—\n(a) in paragraph (1) for “by the earner” substitute “to the earner”; and\n(b) for paragraph (2) substitute—\n“(2) It is a condition of repayment under this regulation that the earner makes an application for the repayment—\n(a) in such form and manner as the Board may determine; and\n(b) in the case of contributions falling within paragraph (b) of regulation 101, within the time prescribed in paragraph (3).”.",
