Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 10th April 2003.

In these Regulations—

• “the principal Regulations” means the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 2001^f1; and

• a reference to a numbered Schedule is a reference to the Schedule to the principal Regulations bearing that number.
