Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and effect

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2010 and shall come into force on 6th April 2010.

The amendments made by regulation 2 shall have effect only in relation to contributions paid in respect of the tax year 2009-10 and subsequent tax years.
