A payment in respect of subsistence allowances paid—\n(a) by a body of the European Union that is located in the United Kingdom and listed in the table below;\n(b) to persons who, because of their expertise in matters relating to the subject matter of the functions of the body, are seconded to the body by their employers.\nBodies of the European Union located in the United Kingdom\nThe European Medicines Agency\nThe European Police College\nThe European Banking Authority\n”",
