# The Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2014, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 6th May 2014
These Regulations are made by the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 6(1) and (2) of Schedule 1 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and by paragraph 6(1) and (2) of Schedule 1 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, now exercisable by them.
