# The Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2003, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 10th June 2003
The Commissioners of Inland Revenue, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by paragraphs 3(3) and (6) and 6(1) of Schedule 1 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and paragraphs 3(3) and (6) and 6(1) of Schedule 1 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
