# The Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2004, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and effect


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st September 2004.
(2) These Regulations have effect in relation to—
(a) agreements entered into after 1st September 2004 which are in respect of post-commencement employment income, and
(b) elections made after that date.
