  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 2nd October 1999\nLaid before Parliament 4th October 1999\nComing into force 25th October 1999\nThe Treasury, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State for Social Security in so far as required, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(2) and (3), 122(1) and 175(1) to (3), of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and now vested in them, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:",
