  "text": "(1) Amend regulation 40 (prescribed emoluments in respect of which Class 1A contributions not payable) as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (2)—\n(a) before sub-paragraph (a) insert—\n“(za) in Part V, paragraph 6A;”; and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (d) for “9 and 11 to 13” substitute “9, 11 to 13 and 15”.\n(3) In paragraph (7) omit sub-paragraph (a).",
