# The Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 5) Regulations 2006, Regulation 4: Amendment of Part 6 of Schedule 3 to the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 2001


(1) Amend paragraph 11 (superannuation funds to which section 615(3) of the Taxes Act applies) as follows.
(2) After “and a payment by way of” insert “a pension or”.
(3) Omit “from which” to the end.
