# The Social Security (Contributions) Amendment (No. 6) Regulations 1992, Regulation 12: Amendment of Regulation 28 in Schedule 1


In Regulation 28(1)(b) in Schedule 1 (recovery of earnings-related contributions or Class 1A contributions) for the words “in accordance with Regulation 26C(1) or (2)” there shall be substituted the words “in accordance with Regulation 26C(1) or (2) or 26D(5)”.
