Regulation 4 Amendment of the principal Regulations

In regulation 1(2) (interpretation) in the definition of “readily convertible asset”^f1 at the end there is added “, but this is subject to paragraph 128(2) of Schedule 8 to the Finance Act 2000 (approved employee share ownership plans—meaning of readily convertible asset)^f2”.
