Regulation 8 Amendment of regulation 121 of the principal Regulations

In paragraph (1)(a) of regulation 121 of the principal Regulations (Class 2 and Class 3 contributions for periods abroad) for the words “otherwise than as an employed earner” there shall be substituted the words “in employment which is not employment in respect of earnings from which Class 1 contributions are payable”.
