Regulation 5 Amendment of regulation 46 of the principal Regulations

In regulation 46 of the principal Regulations (collection and recovery of earnings-related contributions)—

(a)

after the words “earnings-related contributions” in the heading to that regulation and in each place in that regulation where those words occur there shall be inserted the words “and Class 1 A contributions”; and

(b)

for the word “purpose” there shall be substituted the word “purposes”. Amendment of regulation 47 of the principal Regulations
