  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 27th January 2000\nLaid before Parliament 31st January 2000\nComing into force 6th April 2000\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 5, 122(1) and 175(3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:",
