Laid before Parliament 31st January 2000
Coming into force 6th April 2000
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 5, 122(1) and 175(3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
