  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 6th April 2000.\n(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 1979.",
