Regulation 10 Amendment of the principal Regulations

In regulation 90(4) (condition for approval of alternative arrangements for payment of Class 2 and Class 3 contributions)—

(a)

for “total amount of primary Class 1 contributions” substitute “total amounts of primary Class 1 contributions and Class 2 contributions”; and

(b)

for “the maximum amount prescribed in regulation 21 for that year” substitute “the amount equal to 53 primary Class 1 contributions payable on earnings at the upper earnings limit for that year at the main primary percentage”.
