# The Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 3: Amendment of the principal Regulations


In regulation 1(2) (interpretation), in the definition of “non-contracted-out rate” for “the primary percentage for the time being specified in section 8(2) of the Act;” substitute “the main primary percentage for the time being specified in section 8(2)(a) of the Act”.
