# The Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and effect


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 26th March 2012.
(2) The amendments made by regulation 2 shall have effect in relation to contributions paid in respect of the tax year 2011-12 and subsequent tax years.
