# The Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 3: Consequential provision


Where the contributor reaches pensionable age on or after 6th April 2016 but before 6th April 2017 the reference to 6th April 2013 in regulations 50C(4) and 61B(4) is to be read as a reference to 18th April 2013.
