# The Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 5th March 2015
Laid before Parliament 6th March 2015
Coming into force 6th April 2015
The Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(2) and (3) and 175(3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and sections 3(2) and (3) and 171(3) and (10) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992.
The Secretary of State and the Department for Social Development concur in the making of these Regulations.
