  "text": "The Treasury may with the concurrence of the Secretary of State make regulations modifying any of the following provisions of this Act, namely—\n(a) Part I;\n(b) Part II (except section 60); and\n(c) Parts III and IV,\nin such manner as the Treasury think proper, in their application to women who are or have been married.",
