Coming into force 1st April 1999
The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15(1) and 25(3) of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
