  "text": "(1)\n(2)\nEnactment\nModification\nSocial Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992—\nsection 95 (meaning of “employed earner’s employment” in industrial injuries and diseases provisions)\nAs if, in subsection (5)(c), after the words “Administration Act” there were inserted the words “or Part II of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999”.\nSocial Security Administration Act 1992—\nsection 17 (questions for the Secretary of State)\nAs if—\n(a) in subsection (1)—\n(i) paragraphs (a), (c), (d) and (g) to (i) were omitted, and\n(ii) in paragraph (b), the words “contributions or his” were omitted; and\n(b) subsection (2) were omitted.\nsection 20 (claims and questions to be submitted to adjudication officer)\nAs if—\n(a) subsection (3) were omitted; and\n(b) in subsection (6), paragraphs (g) and (h) were omitted.\nsection 21 (decision of adjudication officer)\nAs if—\n(a) subsection (4) were omitted;\n(b) in subsection (5), for the words “In any other case notice” there were substituted the word “Notice”; and\n(c) in subsection (6), the words “(4) or” were omitted.\nsection 22 (appeal to social security appeal tribunal)\nAs if—\n(a) in subsection (1), for the words from “allowance”, in the third place where it occurs, to the end of that subsection there were substituted the words “allowance, the claimant shall have the right to appeal to a social security appeal tribunal.”;\n(b) in subsection (3)(a), after the words “this Act” there were inserted the words “or Part II of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999”; and\n(c) in subsection (5), paragraphs (d) and (e) were omitted.\nsection 23 (appeal from social security appeal tribunal to Commissioner)\nAs if—\n(a) subsection (2) were omitted;\n(b) in subsection (3), for the words “In any other case an appeal” there were substituted the words “An appeal”; and\n(c) in subsection (6), the word “(2),” were omitted.\nsection 37 (reference of special questions)\nAs if, in subsection (1)(a), after the words “this Act” there were inserted the words “or Part II of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999”.\nsection 59 (procedure)\nAs if subsection (4) were omitted.\nsection 117 (questions arising in proceedings)\nAs if, in subsection (1), paragraph (b) were omitted.\nsection 166 (financial review and report)\nAs if—\n(a) in subsection (1)(d), for the words “so far as it relates” there were substituted the words “and Part II of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999 so far as they relate”; and\n(b) in subsection (2)(c), for the words “so far as it relates” there were substituted the words “and Part II of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999 so far as they relate”.\nPension Schemes Act 1993—\nsection 170 (determination of questions by the Secretary of State)\nAs if, in subsection (7)(b), for the words “Secretary of State” there were substituted the words “Inland Revenue”.",
